With the coming of the information era, chemical industry of petroleum and natural gas has changed from traditional control system to integrative system of information control. Data acquisition is the critical basic technology, which can ensure product quality and working order of product system, raise productivity and economic efficiency.Automatic control system of accompany gas distil device of Daqing Oilfield Co. Ltd. has some drawbacks, such as low control precision, bad anti-jamming ability, short signal transition distance and information which can not be shared and so on .To make up these drawbacks, the paper applies the CAN field-bus into automatic control system of accompany gas distil device, CAN field-bus has high security and works fast .After this application,the system is changed into a field-bus control system. The paper develops intelligence data acquisition device. The device has such functions as data acquisition,real-time data disposing, real-time control and real-time data acquisition.The modular structure is applied into the design of the intelligence data acquisition device. The design focus on the software and hardware of data-gathering module and CAN field-bus communication module. The gathering of the temperature,pressure and liquid location singals are integrated into the device. This changes the traditional one-one relationship between singals and acquisition device. Meanwhile the CAN communication module is put into intelligent data acquisition device, which enhance the real time and reliability of system and safety of data transition. Through PID control, the real-time control function of the device is realized and the intelligence of it is also embodied.The intelligent data acquisition device has been applied successfully into automatic control system of accompany gas distil device.
