A tire company wants to build four high level radial tire production lines.This thesis is based on the research and design the control system of part radial tire production line. After acquiring the knowledge of the whole production process and researching Field-bus technology and siemens PSC7 production, a control system based on Profibus Field-bus is designed. According to the technical characteristics of production line, this thesis focuses on multi-motors synchronization control and rolling control.Firstly, this thesis describes the general product condition home and abroad, the requirement of customer and the control system, comes up with a solution for the difficult of the system.The control system is designed by WINCC and TP270 as upper computer, two Siemens S7-300PLC as the lower computer, 4 sets of ET200M as PROFIBUS-DP slave based on PROFIBUS-DP Field-bus and siemens industry production .This thesis also introducd part of the upper computer function.Secondly, for keeping speed synchronous of the conveyor belt, this thesis research the multi-motor synchronous control in depth.By studying methods of the multi-motor synchronous control, a multi-motor parallel control system on the basis of the introduction of measures to speed compensation is designed for it .According to the advantages and disadvantages of the Fuzzy and PID,leading Fuzzy into the system, designing Fuzzy-PID controller.Puting the Fuzzy-PID to S7-300PLC and proving it performance by the test.Thirdly, for keeping constant-tension by the process of rolling tire, this thesis researchs the rolling control in depth.By the analysis of tension and the theory of AC motor vector control,designing a rolling control system based on direct tension control.Puting the singnal neuron PID to the rolling control system,and intrducing its harware structure. A PROFIBUS-DP intelligent slave is designed for the rolling system and proving it performance by the simulation test.
