With the development of the control system which used to monitor environmental factors of water, more and more attention was paid on it. Based on the analysis of the actual state of affairs, a easy popularization intelligence monitoring system of water environmental factors is projected.Rely on the relation between water factors and aquatic, PH, temperature, dissolved oxygen were chose to be the objects which will be monitored in the system. The system is two level distributed control system.In hardware, Programmable Logic Controller was used to design the spot-monitoring instrument with communication interface. Its main function is to collect real-time locale data. In communication, RS232/485 was used to connect the spot-monitoring instrument and locale monitor computer. GPRS protocol was used in communication between locale monitor computer and long-distance monitor computer. In software, Configuration Monitor Software was designed on long-distance monitor computer and local monitor computer. The main functions of this software are adjusting parameter, database operating and curve protracting. And in this software, BP and CRC arithmetic are programmed.This system realizes the auto-tuning of dissolved oxygen, PH and temperature environmental factors , whose stability has been proved during the process of testing. Compared with oversea products, this system has obvious merits, such as the high ratio of performance to price and simple operation. Design is accord with the demands of project of science and technology in Jiangsu Province's tenth five years plan.And has passed the checking successfully.
