Design And Implementation Of Petrochemical Enterprise Equipment Management System Based On B/S

With the development of science and technology, especially the rapid development of computer technology and network technology, many enterprises management mode has also undergone a change. Since the reform and opening up, the level of automation and information level of petrochemical industry in China has improved significantly, however, there are still some equipment management problems have not been solved. Based on the investigation on the actual enterprise equipment management, this paper presents that using information to manage the equipment, and designs and develops the equipment management system to solve the problem in petrochemical industry. By using this system, can improve the equipment management level, reduce the cost of equipment maintenance, and improve economic efficiency for the enterprise.This paper has done the following work mainly in the production management system of enterprises:(1) This paper researches on equipment management system at home and abroad. Analyses the existing problems in the enterprise equipment management, and puts forward that using of information to manage the equipment. Then refer to the foreign data, researches the status of the system.(2) The requirement analysis and design are be done in this paper. This paper designs the work flow、function and database. The system mainly includes 3 characters and 5 functional modules. The role includes super administrator, corporate leadership, and the equipment manager. Functions include system management module, equipment file management module, equipment repair management module, equipment operation management module and equipment fault management module Through the coordination of these 3 functions module can be used to realize of the enterprise equipment management(3) Retaliate the system. This paper uses the B/S framework and C# language, using SQL Server 2000 database to implement the system. The paper introduces the main function of the system, including the system login, add equipment, equipment allocation, repair plan management and fault information management.(4) This Paper test the system in detail and the method is black box testing. The test shows that the system meets the needs of enterprise management in function.(5) Summarized the realization process and system development, explain the advantages and disadvantages of the system, in order to improve the system.
