Firstly,This paper simply introduces the current mode circuit and its characters ; And compares current mode circuit with voltage mode circuit ; And the presently development of the current mode circuit . secondly, it systematically introduces the principle of the first,the second,and the third generation current conveyor and their application in the analog integrated circuit, Then systematically analyzes the virtue of the second generation current controlled current conveyor excelling the first,the second,and the third generation current conveyor .Thirdly ,Based on analyzing deeply the literature:1.A configuration for realizing CMOS differential the second generation current- controlled current conveyor is presented in this paper,in order to verify the circuit performance ,theory analyzing and PSPICE simulating of the circuit's port character has been done ; And two filters are presented using this block ; And the two filters has done the PSPICE simulation .all the results verified the circuit is right . 2. A new the second generation current-controlled current conveyor based on complex transistors improved current mirror is presented in this paper, this circuit is based on carefully comparing the several generally being used mirrors and replicating across current mirror on CCCII and it's hardware circuit is completed by using BJT such as S9014 and S9015 .The experiment results and the PSPICE simulations results are in good agreement with the port character of MOCCCII.3. A configuration for realizing double second-order voltage-mode multifunctional filter and a configuration for realizing second-order current-mode multifunctional filter are presented in this paper. These filters are based on analyzing deeply its application in the design of the first-order filters and the second-order filters, which owns many advantages ,such as realizing multiple functions simultaneously , adjusting the natural angular frequencyω0 and quality-factor Q independently ,lower passive sensitivities ,lower power consumption,At the same time ,PSPICE simulation results verify their performance . At last there is a conclusion and prospect of this paper has been done.
