The Design And Performance Of The Embedded SCADA RTDBS Based On The Windows CE

The embedded system that collected software and hardware together increases the reliability and real-time character of the system, and has been widely used in field of industrial control. Because the embedded system has tight hardware and limited resource, the supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) can not directly deployed in the embedded system. The designers need to do a lot of work. The application, which designed by SCADA, is hard to transplant and has worse commonality. So how to design software likes SCADA to use in the embedded system, which can provide the better Human Machine Interface and be easy to transplant, is in urgent need to research.This thesis designs architecture of the embedded SCADA, with analyzing the features of the embedded system and SCADA. It achieves an application of the embedded SCADA, which makes the application development process in the industrial control system to be simple.At first, the thesis introduces the features and histories of the SCADA and the embedded system, and analyzes the real-time database of the SCADA. Based on the result of analysis, a model of embedded SCADA, which includes development environment and run-time environment, is provided. In addition, some important function modules are designed.At second, the thesis discusses the designer of real-time database in detail. During the programming, the methods of DLL, ADO and map file are used. Further more, it analyzes the scheduling of the RTDB. So it increases the real-time character of the system, reduces consumption.At last, base on the designer of embedded SCADA, we program and test it by Pocket PC 2002 later on. In this thesis, we use the application in the designer of the data controller that uses in the Shuicheng iron and steel company. A perfect control performance is obtained after the application is used.
