The Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition system (SCADA) is a production course control and attemperament automatization system based on computer. This paper analyzes the existent problem in wireless data transmission technology and SCADA system' s tends and development both at home and abroad at first. We particular discuss the GPRS (General Packet Radio Service) and embedded Linux System' s character. A new settle scheme based on GPRS and embedded RTLinux System is put forword in the paper and we also introduces the framework' s design idea, structure and implement scheme.The system consists of three subsystems: monitoring center, monitoring terminal and monitoring network. The first two subsystems communicate through the monitoring network- Internet and GPRS. The monitoring center through a graphical interfaces control process based on windows system and technologies of B/S and C/S providing functions such as monitoring of image, data and database and realizing database management via SQL language.The monitoring terminal is embedded system consists of 32bit ARM micro-controller, FLASH ROM, SDRAM, other periphery chip and hardware interface. The embedded system adopts embedded OS-RTLinux as the universal embedded software system so that the development is more convenient and the real time character can be realized. It is connected to the motion networkthrough a GPRS modem and connected to the gateway to Internet.The experiments proved this scheme has the character of steadness, reliability, fast data transmitting, and cheap. It achieved the scheduled object.
