Transformer substation is a power company substation in order to change the voltage of the power delivery location, using the substation for power enterprises is very important, substation monitoring system is used for the power industry, user characteristics, combined with industrial control, security management, the Internet and digital video technology, the use of electric power enterprise or maintenance unit existing Web resources, a collection designed for substation monitoring, management and control for the integrated management information system. In this thesis, with the actual demand of Sichuan Bazhong power companies, designed and developed an alternative use of the company’s substation monitoring information system.This thesis mainly completed the following works:Firstly, study based on the significance of the topic of the status quo at home and abroad study, focusing on the domestic and the electricity company’s management information systems and related substation monitoring information systems research, development value is determined by comparing the present system.Secondly, study the system development related to technology, the development of this system is mainly related to the three technologies, namely the development of SCADA industrial control systems, embedded systems development technology and information systems technology for the realization of the system foundation.Thirdly, the system carried out a detailed requirements analysis, through leadership, colleagues, interviews with experts, to understand the specific requirements of the system, the system features a detailed needs analysis, and performance requirements of the system for hardware and software also described.Fourthly, the present system has been designed with the requirements of the system analysis, system architecture design and network topology design by Lanes figure describes the functional modules of the detailed design of the system. Finally, the database design of the system.Fifthly, the system was implemented and tested the Department for achieving environmental systems were introduced, according to the specific design of the system of the system was to be implemented with the system after the completion of the test, it gives a partial test of the system.After completion of system development is deployed to the real hardware environment, the system is running well, and in line with the actual requirements of Sichuan Bazhong power companies.
