Study On Manufacturing Execution System Based Production Data Accessing System

Almost all kinds of production information is processed in execution layer of CIPS(Computer Integrated Process System). In process industry, production management activity such as the production object achieving, interior logistics managing, cost controlling and etc. is done in execution layer. This paper studies a function module of MES(Manufacturing ExecutionSystem)——Production Data Accessing System. This system connects PCS and ERP, andbecause of the routined management procedure, it becomes the breakthrough point of building MES and enterprise's whole informationization.This paper makes the MES project of Tianjin Iron and Steel Co.Ltd as the background, have finished the following work: ① Carried on the demand analysis combined the existing information system foundation and production actual conditions of Tianjin Iron and Steel Co. Ltd.;②Studied the necessary computer and network technology, finished previous technology preparation; ③ Selected Intellution Dynamics family as the software platform, which is based on the demand analysis and the development plan, constructed the distributed whole framework;? Structural designed the RTDB sub-system, SCADA(Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) sub-system and Web-based Release sub-System, designed some parts detailed.
