The telecom company is growing fast, so is the telecom service support system. In China, the telecommunication operators have already finished the Business Analysis System based on the technique of Date Warehouse, which implements the data collection and data integration. Therefore, the market gives higher requirements to the telecommunication operators, including customer focused, deep analyze for the hotspots of the business, and making decision logically. Price Plan is an important product of the company, and is a carrier for company giving service to customer, so doing Price Plan special analysis is always attached important by telecommunication operators. However, in current time, the Price Plan special analysis is a handwork based on the system, which is semiautomatic. How to design a automatic system, which can integrate various Price Plan analysis methods to support analysis work in all Price Plan life circle, is still an unsolved problem. This thesis designs a Price Plan analysis system, based on the requirements of the company, product life circle theory, and the technology of special analysis.This thesis researches the data warehouse and data mining, and studies product life circle theory, and analyzes the attributes of the Price Plan. Then, based on the business process re-engineering method, designs the whole business process to support the special analysis during Price Plan life circle. In the last part, it describes the three-level of the system, and designs the system modules, then introduces the functions and interfaces of the modules particularly.
