QOS Research Of WAP Value-Added-Service And Automatic System Development

In the mobile communication industry, voice service has gradually being saturated,value-added service is now developing with a high speed.This market potential is tremendous. Competition between operators has gradually changed from network to service.They more and more focus on service.So, how to improve the quality of service becomes a key concern of most operators.Along with the complex chain of data service, the original equipment now couldn't meet the requirement of end-to-end Qos test. Therefore, searching for a scientific and efficient way to assess customers' actual experience of QoS is meaningful.Test with phones by calling can imitate users' conduction test mobile network analyse problems, which is an important way for QoS test.But this traditional test also has disadvantages, such as wasting a lot of human and material resources, testing not scientifically.It will be more effective if automatic test system can take place of it.This paper aims to research QoS test means for WAP value-added-service, and develop the automated test system.Currently, mobile value-added-service based on WAP technology mainly includs WAP browsing, MMS and so on.
