The biochemical analyzer through the analysis of body fluid of human body to determine various biochemical indicators,based on differences of biochemical indicators,can provide a scientific basis for the doctors to determine the patient's condition.At present,the biochemical analyzer has become a frequently used important analyzer in the clinical laboratory.Based on the analysis of semi-automatic biochemical analyzer workflow and the depth comparison of a variety of biochemical analyzer,the basis of this paper,a Linux-based embedded ARM+The semi-automatic biochemical analyzer is presented in this paper.use the ATMEL's AT91RM9200 microprocessor as the core to set up the hardware platform;used the kernel Linux2.6 as an the embedded operating system to complete the development platform of the system;and aim at the functional requirements of the semi-automatic biochemical analyzer,modular design of the software and each independent the module will be connected into a complete process procedures.The main research work in this article are as follows:1.Based on On checking a large number of literature,the analyzing on the profiles and trends of the biochemical analyzer,present the purpose and significance of the semi-automatic biochemical analyzer.2.Based on the research on the ARM architecture,complete the design of the system architecture by using the AT91RM9200 microprocessor as the core,and specific design the external system circuit,completion the development of the semi-automatic biochemical analyzer hardware platform.3.Based on the analysis of the application of embedded system,use the Linux2.6 core as the embedded operating systems,respectively complete the transplantation of Uboot,Linux kernel,file system,Qt/Embedded,and embedded database Sqlite,and design of the touch screen driver under the Qt / Embedded,complete the construction of the software development environment. 4.In the design of software,based on the functional requirements of the semi-automatic biochemical analyzer,modular design the application software of the system,and divide the software into two parts,use dual-thread processing at the same time,make full use of real-time and multi-tasking performance of the kernel Linux2.6.The overall performance of the semi-automatic biochemical analyzer is greatly improved.The semi-automatic biochemical analyzer,designed in this paper,has passed through system debugging,running stability,and testing fast.The test results show that the designment improve the system reliability,while simplify the hardware structure,and reduce system costs,with good social and economic benefits.
