In the industry control process,the control objects are always very complicated,and usually own nonlinear,time-change characteristics. The mathematic models of those objects are very difficult to acquire , and are not easy to obtain their characteristics. If the traditional PID controller is only used,the expected goal of control is hard to achieve. Now as the control theory develops,many intelligent control method are used to resolve the problems occurring in the traditional control. The control method based on particle swarm optimization is one of those methods. The algorithm of this control method is simple,and the integrative capability of the controller is very good.This article takes the motor of the railway carriage air conditioner as the study object. The application is based on embedded system and studies the traditional control theory in detail。In this paper,the article points out the shortcuts of the old method. The paper expatiates the mostly used intelligent algorithms in detail,which own the fuzzy PID controller,nerve network PID controller,particle swarm optimization PID controller. The paper analyses and compares the features of the three algorithms. Finally,This paper decides to use the PSO-PID parameters calibration as the system scheme.Then,the paper studies the realization of the PSO-PID controller in the embedded system base on arm controller and uC/OS-II embedded operation system. A detailed embedded system hardware and software design are developed. This paper brings out some program flow diagrams of important models.Finally,this paper analyses how to building up the mathematic models of the motor and discusses the detailed parts of PSO-PID's parameters obtaining,PSO-PID's adaptive function. By the compare of the system response speed,system stability,system robust which are achieved by use of MATLAB emluator of the traditional PID controller and PSO_PID controller,This paper draws the conclusion:the PSO-PID controller is more flexibly,stably,adaptive,precise,robust.
