In recent years, with the respective development and mutual integration of Computer Technology, Communication Technology and Control Technology, especially with the development of Internet Technology, Control Technology is no longer isolated unit , but Network Control System based on some agreements. Designers can realize Ethernet technology with embedded software & hardware on a Single Chip Micro-Computer System, namely embedded Ethernet technology. Nowadays, how to apply the embedded Ethernet technology to modern industrial control fields successfully has become a hot field of research directions. With the improvement of micro-electronics and manufacturing technology of micro-processor, and rapid development of network technology, building an Embedded Remote Control System based on Internet can be realized, Such Remote Control System can access the Internet through TCP/IP network agreements to carry out remote control directly. It can be free from the time and region restrict to remote control.According to control performance requirements of oil field gas recycle equipment, Combining the control technology and network technology successfully, a solution on the basic of embedded remote control technology of Internet and traditional on-site control technology was made and an embedded remote control system based on Web was designed in this paper.Firstly, An embedded remote control programme of hardware control core based on S3C44B0X and software development platform based on uClinux operating system was selected by the performance requirements analysis of the control system and through the compare of different programme. Then, the paper focused on the design of smallest system circuit of S3C44B0X, serial interface circuit, Ethernet interface circuit, man-machine conversation interface circuit, modulating circuit of analog input channel and amplifying circuit of output channel on the basic of introducing S3C44B0X chip feature and architecture. The article deeply expatiate the construct technology of developing uCLinux software platform, the running rules and development technology of device driver programme under uCLinux. Based on these analysis, we described in detail the overall design of control system's application, and deeply analyzed the critical technique of value process, control algorithms, network communication etc, and also discussed preliminary solutions of dealing the real-time character in the control system. Finally, the paper also introduced the design of client computer program and the analysis of its main functional modules.Characteristic of the paper was associated with an innovative combination between Industrial Ethernet and embedded system and was succeeded in applying them to the Remote Control System of Oil Field Gas Recycle Equipment. The Result of the research provided a valuable reference for application of high performance embedded system in industrial control field and popularization of Industrial Ethernet.
