Wireless networked measurement and control Technology is an important development direction of modern measurement and control Technology. Embedded Wireless Networked Control System incorporates embedded technology, wireless network technology, measurement and control technology and reflects the current trend of the latest development of measurement and control technology, while will cause great changes in the structure of control system. This article which combines the characteristics of embedded networked measurement and control and engineering needs designs and implements an embedded wireless networked measurement and control system. The main research works are as follows:First: The domestic and foreign present development of embedded wireless networked measurement and control system research is studied, an embedded wireless networked measurement and control system architecture is designed based on the comprehensive analysis and in-depth study.Second: The design and implementation of Sensor node. By using modular designing, a data acquisition module hardware and software structure is designed, by using wiz610 wifi module to achieve a wireless wifi communication, and the data storage modules of software and hardware circuit is Studied to meet the project need.Third: The design and implementation of the controller node.Controller node processor adopts S3C2440(arm9), and network interface adopts marvell88w8686 to achive wireless networking capabilities. Software sytem is achieved under the support of linux operating system, and the transplant of the wireless network card driver is completed, a Web Server based on boa is builded and the Control algorithm is implemented.Fourth:The research of generalized predictive control. For the problem of uncertain time delay exist in wireless networked control system,a delay Compensation scheme is proposed based on the GPC (generalized predictive control),and a semi-physical simulation is carried out in the matlab / RTW environment to verify the feasibility of the algorithm.Based on the above study, the corresponding engineering prototype and product are developed and has been initially applied in engineering practice. The application result shows that the designing method and technology proposed in this article are correct and feasible.
