Study Of Fuzzy PID Controller

PID control technology is widely used in the process of industry control, because it has a lot of advantages such as easy controlling methods,easily realized and debugging. In the actual process, the controled system has many features such as nonlinear and variable etc.Simple PID controler can not satisfy the requests of the customers when the system is complicated and the required precision is very high. Fuzzy control technology has strong anti-jamming abilities because it can simulate the way of thinking of human mind, deal with subjective nonprecise and nonlinear informations. Combining fuzzy control technology with PID provides a method to the modern industry auto-control.This paper is about to introduce the design of Rock-testing experimentation system and deeply study the technology of FuzzyPID controller. FuzzyPID is got by combining PID with fuzzy control technology and is applied in the Rock-testing experimentation system. It helps to eliminate the phenomenon of vibration and to realize high precision and steady control.
