In the cinema the whole system, the4D controller is the core part of cinema,domestic electric, pneumatic, hydraulic three types of movie theater with a separatecontrol system, there are also compatible with a controller can control electric, pneumatic,hydraulic pressure of the three types of. The subject about the research and design ofintelligent it compatible with three types of control multifunctional controller.Firstly, this paper analyses the present situation of technology of domestic andforeign control of4D cinema, control the advantages and disadvantages of variouscontroller, puts forward the design requirements of this topic, on this basis, put forward adesign scheme of intelligent4D controller.Secondly, according to the characteristics of the controller, in the study of severalfield bus, the CAN bus as the spot of the controller adopts ARM bus; the high integrationof the chip microprocessor STM32F103as controller, and focus on this processor designis DAC time-sharing multiplexing module, PWM module, PWM output pulse countingoutput unit are used to control the pneumatic, hydraulic, electric these three types ofcinema, and increased the AD acquisition module and the encoder feedback pulseacquisition module so that the hydraulic and electric control system to form a completeclosed-loop.Again, taking Keil_uVsion4as the development platform, embedded C language as adevelopment tool, the4D controller hardware system based on the softwareimplementation, using the user-defined protocol engineering, avoiding redundancy causedcalls firmware library code.Finally, Intelligent4D controller designed by the subject experiments were carriedout on the platform, verified the feasibility of the program.
