Network control system is the traditional control system into a network environment, With the configuration of the network hardware and software development environment is getting better, Network has the advantage of geographical space, it’s not bound by the traditional control-point wiring, while transmit information fast, people share data at the same time in different places. However, there are also special network control problems, Such as network delay, packet loss; Traditional controllers can’t be directly applied, In this paper the design of network controller problems are studied, The controller is designed using different methods, and simulations and experimental result have been done to verify those controllers.Firstly, network control system with a network-induced delay is studied by using Dynamic Matrix Control of predictive control. The control sequences are obtained at each sampling time is transmitted to the actuator, when delay occurs in the controller-actuator channel, the previous control input stored in the control sequence of the actuator can be used by actuator, when delay occurs in the sensor-controller channel, the predictive output value for the sample value can be used temporarily. The applied method simulations are verified effectively.Secondly, for repeatable motion controlled object, it is controlled with the presence of network-induced delay and packet loss in the network control system, an open-closed-loop PD-type iterative learning controller is design, which combine method of local and remote controllers. open-loop control is used as remote controller to overcome the effect of time delay, and local control enhances the stability of system when there is packet loss. The applied algorithm is proved by simulation, at last NetCon and inverted pendulum car is used to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.Finally, for controlled object of Sinopec olefin plant C3 reactor with Hydrogen, control are achieved via OPC protocol communication between the controller and the controlled object in the factory LAN. For the characteristics of the reactor and time delay arising from communication, a feedforward-Cascade expert control system is designed, and special control software using with DCS is developed, through the production by using the control software, the yield is verified higher than the operator manual control, the controller is achieved.
