Research On The Channel Coding Technique Of GSM System Based On FPGA

This paper has studied the software radio ideological feasibility that applied in mobile communication with GSM base station system for object, Through constructing an openness, standardization and modular general hardware platform, complete various functions with software.This paper has firstly introduced the GSM systematic and its course of mobile communication of realizing from whole, discussed speech coding, channel coding, interleaving , encrypt and modulation in GSM beehive communication system through much Matlab emulation .Secondly paper introduces the GSM channel coding rule, elaborates CRC and convolutional coding and interleaving algorithm and the basic principle , and has completed 3 codings' software design with FPGA technical realization , has verified the correctness of design.Finally, principle and characteristic for GMSK modulation and demodulation are discussed , and have put forward the feasibility scheme that software realizes , have established solid foundation for the software of next step to design.Hardware test platform is the foundation that software realizes , has carried out detailed analysis and design therefore, in paper , and has given partially circuit design drawing, as the research of related program has certain guidance meaning and reference value.
