With the in-depth theoretical study and applications in a wide range of practical engineering of remote fault diagnosis,the technology for wireless transmission of monitoring data have become increasingly prominent,and how to improve the real-time and reliability of a wireless transmission system for remote fault diagnosis research become the focal point[1],and communication technology is the key point to improve the real-time and reliability of wireless transmission system.Therefore,this project to build the remote diagnosis system for the technical background, focusing on short-range wireless transmission channel coding and modulation techniques of the monitoring data for theoretical research and simulation.This paper describes the research background first,and describes the needed communication systems theory and the development process of channel coding;then makes a simple introduction for the remote diagnosis system design,points out the main work which is to solve the short-range wireless transmission problems of remote fault diagnosis system,the focus is to ensure that fault information is accurate and reliable transmission to the control center;Second,this paper details description of the convolutional coding,CRC coding and interleaving algorithms,and an examples of theoretical analysis of them,on this basis,proposes an improved monitoring data coding design of wireless transmission system for construction machinery in the harsh enviro- nment.Finally,the modulation of digital communication technology,based on detailed exposition of the principle of BOC modulation,through the MATLAB environment,BOC modulation of BPSK modulation and the theory of simulation,we can see much improvement in the BOC modulat- ion of the wireless transmission channel,to improve the signal spectrum efficiency and interference.For this paper,which describes a short-range wireless transmitssion channel coding and modulation technology in remote fault diagnosis system,and conducted in the MATLAB simulation environment.The results show that the scheme can better solve the fault monitoring data during wireless transmission reliability and accuracy issues with theoretical and practical significance.
