The application of CAD in the stage of product design is the only way to modern product design, in recent years, with the ceaseless expansion of the width and depth of information technology's application in tobacco industry, how to combine the traditional operation flow with advanced computer technology organically and let CAD exert its function in the field of tobacco product design is a problem that tobacco industry is now exploring.The traditional method of cigarette accessory complementary scheme design of Changsha Cigarette Factory is to pick out complementary accessory materials depending on the experience of technologists and according to the trial smoke result of tobacco blend. The precision of this method is not high, the testing result often falls short of anticipation. This paper analyzed the influence of different accessory material technology parameters on the chemical index of tobacco and on the basis of that advanced the accessory material technology parameter - physical and chemical quality examination index model. By the application of fuzzy evaluation and integration of the empirical estimation of several experts, an evaluation model of the examination index of physical and chemical quality of tobacco product is found. On the basis of sufficient communication with the designers of accessory materials, this paper advanced an easily implementing way of CAD, and realizes the assistant design function of accessory material complementary scheme based on this.This paper introduced the analyzing and designing process of CAD tobacco accessory material design system combining the practicality of accessory material design of Changsha Cigarette Factory by using structural analyzing and designing, it analyzed the operation flow,date flow of the system detailedly, found the function module structural drawing of the system and realized the system by using Microsoft enterprise database. This system is a net based computer aided design system, it is a powerful tool for designers which can give a precise description of chemical result.
