With the development of economic, people's quality requirements of service increasing to the tobacco distribution center, the pepeople hope to provide quality services quickly, therefore, cigarette automatic sorting systems apply more and more extensively in cigarette distribution centers, various areas of tobacco distribution centers are putting into use or to be put into use a variety of cigarette automatic sorting system.Planning and layout of the cigarette automatic sorting system in the three-dimensional modeling, visualization slow progress, most of planning and layout remain in the two-dimensional aided design, not only increase the workload of drawing, but also extent the sorting system design cycle, in order to reduce a lot of graphics work, shorten the design cycle, to provide the feasibility of sorting line decision-making for cigarette distribution business, it is necessary to study systematically.In this paper, EIQ analytical method is carried out EQ, EN, IQ, IK to orders of cigarette distribution business, based on the number of sorting cigarette brands and of a brand cigarette, it is helpful to determine cigarette sorting equipment type and quantity in the automatic sorting system.This paper studies the functions and the equipments of the various components in the system, the methodology of series and modular designs is used in cigarette automatic sorting system, the various components of the system are divided the modules of equipments, it will be helpful to increase the general and standardization of cigarette automatic sorting system design, and provide a basis modular for software of cigarette automatic sorting system.In this paper, interface environment of the current popular CAD software is developed secondarily for the design of the main menu, toolbar button. The equipment module dialog box and parameter settings are designed and generate three -dimensional view. Introduction of the principle of sorting system layout and the design process of L-type sorting line, the three-dimensional views of the equipment modules are generated the L-type sorting line of cigarettes automatically. Introduced dialog design and application of the simulation function menu items, based on the design of the L-type sorting line, set the initial parameters to the dialog box, run the simulation program, acquired cigarette sorting report of L-type sorting line, provided the basic dates of investing sorting system for cigarette distribution enterprises This paper studies modeling of operating time and efficiency analysis of cigarettes automatic sorting line. A brief description of the main equipments and working features of the sorting line is given, including the modeling of supplementing cigarettes operation, sorting operation time of sorting machine of tower cigarettes and sorting machine of horizontal cigarettes, and the concept of "fictitious containers" is applied to construct length model of the containers of cigarettes sorted by machine of tower cigarettes and machine of horizontal cigarettes, acquiring a theoretical model of order sorting operating capacity, providing mathematical models for Simulation program...
