Remote monitor system is to supervise the remote production or examination process, implemented by local computer through Internet. The current access methods are mainly Internet and Intranet. And these methods have been widely used in video meeting, long-distance machining rule and long-distance diagnose. It's conspicuous advantage is long-distance monitor.Motion controller is an equipment to realize the schedule track by controlling the executing equipment droved by motor. It make many production equipments take a new look by its own agility and outstanding control ability of movement track, in general it is a numerical control setting. The current of the numerical controlling is to become an open numerical controlling system taking movement controller. In the task, we use the motion controller, the controller is Programmable Multi-Axis Controller.This experimentation task is to explore remote monitor system by uniting net controlling technology and movement controlling technology. By applying net theory and Windows programming technology, it is shared on internet. This task can make the equipment of one lab used by the students, teachers and researchers all over school, and make the experimentation personnel see the whole process of the experimentation by the video transmission technology. This can make the personnel have a more comprehensive study to the experimentation.According to the experiment system, PEWIN, the software given by the PMAC, is used to find the best parameters of the PID filter controller. There are different nonlinear factors in the double-axis control system, such as friction,saturation. These nonlinear factors result in control error, such as track error. In this task, we analyze the primary nonlinear factors. And compensate them. There is important sense for advancing control precision.Because PMAC provides the function that is for custom user-written algorithms, I define the algorithms which are different from the algorithm PMAC has. When applied them to the platform, they are proved effective.
