In some experiments, trajectory simulation is necessary for getting information aboutthe motion state of the objects. At present, there is very few such kind of high-speedsimulation platform, therefore researching and developing a3-dimensional high-speedmotion simulation platform is of great significance.Firstly, this thesis introduces the background of the research subject and analyzes thesignificance of it. The thesis discusses the current developing situation of high-speedmotion control technology, and accordingly decides the NC mode of this platform-PC+motion control card.Based on this NC mode, design principles are made according to the technicalspecification of the system. Then the thesis amply introduces the constructional process ofthis platform in two aspects of hardware and software based on the design principles. Forthe aspect of hardware, it describes the structure and especially introduces PMAC motioncontrol card and the wiring method; for the aspect of software, it introduces theprogramming method based on PMAC card, the variable setting method, and the moduledesign of the software system.This thesis researches the real time interpolation algorithm of random points, anddiscusses the interpolation method of polynomial curve, cubic spline curve and piecewiseBezier spline curve. Then the thesis presents an interpolation algorithm of piecewise cubicBezier spline curve, based on which a trajectory-planning simulation program is coded.In addition, this thesis presents an instance of the control system, which amplyintroduces the UI and the operation process.Finally, this thesis gives a comprehensive summary of the subject, presenting thepoints that need to be improved and accordingly make some prospects for the futureresearch.
