The TV-Media of China is facing the new developing environment, globalization, industralization, digitalization. The TV-Media of China have been developed in the planned economy for a long period. They gained some achievement, but the fact is they can not fit the marketing environment, consumer demand, globalization, and the self-identity of nationality.The China joined the WTO, the degree of competition is hardly accelerated from inside and outside, the TV-Media has to face reshuffle and new developing opportunity.Establish the channel unit management system was the trend for Chinese TV-Media industry development, the band of channel was instead of the band of program. The time of channelization was coming.Sichuan Television station is a province channel . it not only compete with the twelve satellite TV-Channels, but competing with the local channel.
