The Research And Implementation For MES Of Cigarette Factory

Manufacturing Execution System ( MES ) has been printed at America manufacturing management field in 1990s. As a new category of management software, MES is a producing management and task attempering information system based on workshop level, linking the planning system of ERP to producing control of SFC. By studying the experiences of other enterprise, those have built with the MES system has gotten great profits such as gain great profits, higher efficiency, etc.As the big impel from information system and aspire after huge profits, more and more Cigarette Factories have eginning trying on a base of MES applications. This article is based on studying the experience of the MES of Qujing Cigarette Factory. The author has joined in this project almost by 2 years and gotten a lot of study on some subjects, and got some achievements on some place as following:1 , Based on the standard model from MESA and the main target of the MES of Qujing Cigarette Factory, the author joined in project team and join in designing of all main sub-applications.2, As certain project group to use multilayer distributed to build this system, and deciding use Windows DNA policy at last.3 , By use RsBiz Ware software as kernel to quickly build this system, the frame of system select the RSSQL suit of RsBizWare4, Based on currently VLAN to built the main network of MES.5, The author afforded the 3 layer interface model on data gather system, based on this model, the author joined in project and designed the interface for all kinds of equipment, such as GDX1/X2( MicroII), GDX1/X2(FZ), PASSIM, SUEPER9, packing machine, etc. It is this model and interface that highly improved the capability of system, such as the stability, veracity, speediness, etc.6, Based on the criterion of OPC 2.0 DA, the author lead the application team designed and developed the OPC tag manager, by this tools, MES can publicized a standard interface , as this standard , MES can highly improved the stability andveracity , the article will give more discuss on this topic following.
