In the field of life science, biochip technology occupies a very important position because of its wide application. The preparation of biochip is an important part of biochip technology, which is closely related to the development of biochip technology. The key problem in the study of biochip fabrication is to control the precise positioning of liquid samples and the quantitative distribution of liquid volume. The preparation process require high density of sample, sample position accuracy, fast speed, high repeatability, artificial sample is difficult to achieve the above requirements,so the combination of biological chip sampling and robotics technologies is an inevitable trend, has a great commercial potential. In order to solve the problems of automatic sampling, path planning, sample distribution, pattern control and communication between host computer and slave computer,we design of a kind of non-contact point robot system. In this paper,we introduce the design and implementation of the system in detail, from four aspects, such as data communication, pattern control, image recognition and analysis, work path analysis and optimization. This paper introduces the hardware structure design and software design of the control system of biochip microarrayer system, emphatically analyzes the design of non contact point control principle, system software and realization, point pattern control scheme, system communication scheme and the working path point is the prototype analysis and optimization.Using WinForm to achieve the development of GUI forms.Using C# language to complete the development of business logic layer,to meet the principles of object-oriented thinking and software engineering. The scheme has been successfully applied to the multifunctional biochip sampling instrument project of Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry,Chinese Academy of sciences.
