The Development Of Web Opinion And Social Control

With the Internet becoming new mass media and the Internet opinion arising rapidly, the Internet opinion has had much effect on society, which is unable for people to avoid. The Internet is more and more becoming the new public opinion territory which every country can't ignore and compete to fight for. So the questions about social control on the Internet opinion begin to be brought into existence, which has become the common concern of the theoretical circle, the Internet media and the department responsible for the Internet.Because of such characters as interaction, punctuality, hypertext and personality, the development of the Internet opinion appears intricate. On one hand, the Internet propagation makes the public obtain broader opinion space than ever and more freedom for public opinion and promote the process of social nationalization; On the other hand, it throws up the new questions such as the cause and development of emotional public opinion and negative opinion, the difficulty of opinion management, and so on. It has become an important research topic for our discussion how to adroitly guide action according to circumstances to hold the right guidance of public opinion to make full use of the constructive function of public opinion, and how to restrain the destructive function of public opinion to promote its healthy development.This paper sets off the research in the light of Marxist philosophical thinking about the study on things (from generalities to particulars). It analyzes the Internet opinion and its control thoroughly and systematically using the technical routine from generalities to peculiars, from theory to practice, from periphery to crux, from current situation to question, again to solution in the hope of making up for the omissions and deficiencies of present relative research achievements on the Internet opinion and its control, of adding to, developing, making perfect it on the basis of succession, and trying to design a train of thought combining generality and personality and operated easily for the social control on the Internet opinion.This paper, at first, studies and analyzes the development of the Internet opinion and its law thoroughly, then on the basis of this, concentrates on discussing the social control on the Internet opinion from the angles of practical application, social management and social control, and advances and elaborates the layer structure and function structure of the social control mechanism of the Internet opinion, initially constructs more scientific and systematic social control mechanism of the Internet opinion.
