Colloidal gold test strip is a kind of biochemical micro-detection techniquethat has been developed rapidly in recent years.It is extensively applied to suchfields as medical diagnosis of disease. The method of Colloidal gold test stripmensurates samples, which mainly compares with the color standard card,analyzed by the naked eyes, but is unable to quantificationally mensurate. Itlimited its popularization and application. With the constant development ofbio-ticket methods and appearance of corresponding analysis instruments, it notonly improves precision of the result of measurement greatly ,but also makes thebio-ticket methods develop into analytical methods of quantitative detectiondirectly ,according to the need from only quantitative detection analysis. Thesenew on-spot detection techniques have high sensitivity, and fulfil generalrequirements.They have such advantages as portable, fast, less requirement forhandlers ,therefore, they have wide market prospect.The main content of this subject is the research of image processingtechniques used in Colloidal gold test strip,which realize the method of detectingthe gold marks ration of test paper. This machine is an embedded detectionsystem.The author used it to test clenbutcrol liquor of five differentconcentration.The research of Colloidal gold test strip reader on embedded systems is a sy-stem that can work separately from computer. The main achievement of this sub-ject is FPGA and DSP used in both hardware and software of this system.FPGAand DSP are main control chips in embedded field. In the whole system,FPGA isthe bridge of time control and data change and DSP is the core of dealing withsystem's data. So that,this system is more flexible,more efficiency and more us-eful.Furthermore, it is easy and is able to spend less time to update.In this thesis,the author first introduced the overview of modernbiochemical detection system development and the background of analysisinstrument of the gold marked bio-ticket, analyzes and compares several kindsof design projects to detect the ration of bio-ticket.It introduce the use of FPGAand DSP,too.In chapter two ,the author firstly researched photoelectric mechanism of qua-ntitative detection of bio-ticket and introduces choice method of light source inthe analysis system. Secondly,the author explains that the stripe of bio-ticket hasquantitative relation with liquor concentration.Then,the author introduces the key technique of analyzing and processingimage of bio-ticket, which gets the target image by image filtering and imagesegmentation. Based on this, the stripe feature value reflected by the target test isselected and computed.In the design of hardware,the author introduced the hardware system of theanalysis instrument, and sets up a portable platform for acquiring and analyzingthe image of bio-ticket incl-ding high-accuracy CCD image sensor,video decoder,FPGA,DSP and communication module.It introduced the orignand the definitionof digital signal and how to initialize the inner register of SAA7113H throughthe IO port of AT89S52.Secondly,the author introduced main principles of chosingother chips such as ZLG7290,SRAM and etc.In this part it finally introduced so-me problems in hardware testing.In software design part,firstly, this article accomplished a relevant softwaredesign of the analysis instrument using DSP and puts forward a new design pro-ject to acquire and store the video picture by FPGA. It also tests bio-ticket anal-ysis instrument by experiments, which indicated it was applied based on imagedetection.Secondly, the paper used this system in image process method to realizethe quantitative detection of the bio-ticket.The experiment's result proved thepracticability and realization of this system.At the same time,there are still several problems to be solved as follows:(1) Search processing algorithm for the test paper image. The algorithm ismore suitable for the microprocessor and applied.(2) Perfect systematic hardware system design and optimize the test paperprocess software based on the image measurement further, improve theperformance of the whole system.(3) Research and develop the system in colour field, and deal with Y,U,Vsignals.
