Colloidal gold immunochromatography is a rapid detection technology,which has many advantages and is widely used in medical,food safety,personal and other immune tests.Corresponding gold standard test strips for testing are also widely used in various fields,but the traditional detection techniques are mainly used for qualitative analysis,which has various drawbacks and is greatly affected by interference.Therefore,semi-quantitative and quantitative analysis instruments for gold standard test strips have become popular in recent years.After studying the development status of the gold standard test strip reader and the existing instruments on the market,it was found that the quantitative analysis methods of most gold standard test strip quantitative analyzers can be mainly divided into photosensitive resistors,reflective optical fibers,and image processing technologies.However,they all have their own advantages and disadvantages.The analysis methods required for different detection environments are different.At present,most common gold standard test strip readers are large desktop computers,which are inconvenient to carry,and some also require upper computer for data processing.Therefore,this article will design a small-sized,hand-held gold test strip reader,while meeting the requirements of independent data processing and rapid detection and other characteristics.Therefore,a quantitative analysis method based on image processing technology was adopted.The STM32 chip is used as the master chip to drive the hardware modules and process the data.Therefore,the upper computer is not required to perform image processing,which reduces the overall volume of the instrument and accelerates the detection speed of the instrument.A CMOS image sensor with low power consumption is selected to collect the image of the test strip.Because a complete strip image can be obtained within the macro of the camera,the paper strip to be tested is manually inserted for detection.The data processing part includes the following steps: after image preprocessing,the image is filtered and denoised to increase the quality of the image;the color RGB component is compensated to increase the accuracy of the image data;the image color is matched to determine the target area At the location,the final test results are obtained after relevant calculations.The instrument was debugged after the experiment,and the results obtained were then analyzed and fitted.The relationship between the concentration and the characteristic value was obtained and verified by the test experiment.The experimental results show that the instrument can reach the desired target within a certain error range.And achieved the next crew of independent computing processing miniaturization,easy to carry handheld,relatively rapid detection.
