With rapid development and popularization of Internet technology, Web based on Internet changes the appearance and the running mode of the whole world. Now, Web Service based on Web is ascendant, particularly in commerce and individual applications field. Demand of users of this field is higher and higher for Web Service intelligence, individuation and integration. However, the president Web Service is not enough to satisfy users, because the mode of deployment and computation is lack of flexibility and adaptation. In military field, the president software system is relatively closed and its adaptation, expansibility and interoperability are quite bad. Therefore, to resolve these problems, we need to devote a lot of research energy to building software system based on intelligent Web Service architecture. So, the demand is that we should research intelligent software Web Service to improve intelligence and adaptation of the current Web Service is exigent in either civil or military view.Intelligent software Web Service is also called intelligent services. Its research angles include Web Service resource intelligence, Web Service content intelligence and intelligence of the providing mode of Web Service. The research work of this paper does refer to the two latter angles.This dissertation researches active services and Web Service environment adaptation technology from the angle of Web Service content intelligence. The main components of this research work are as follows:1) This paper designs Web Service demand prediction model, and researches differential services referring to different degree users. On the base of above, it also researches individual services recommendation mechanism, including Web Service prefetching technology and recommendation system technology. Then the paper provides the method to realize these technologies on the active services agent.2) The dissertation puts forward and researches Web Service environment adaptation technology, including QoS assurance and Web Service discovery model based on QoS. Then it designs the environment adaptation engine based on these technologies. From the angle of Web Service content intelligence, the main components of this dissertation work are as follows:1) The paper researches the service virtualization running mechanism in some special application context. It also designs the clustering services level based on MAS and business services level on the base of atomic Web Service, which are used to realize service virtualization.Finally, on the open source SOA platform, the dissertation builds the prototype system of intelligent software Web Service based on active services agent and environment adaptation engine. The prototype system is deployed and run successfully, which validates the feasibility of relative technologies.
