Research, Design And Implementation Of Data Integration Platform For Student Data Center

As various kinds of reasons cause the separation of every application system of every department in the school and difficulty on sharing the data among a lot of systems, a kind of new technology is need to solve these problems. The data-integrated technology can combine all scattered data-source together as well as set up the datum platform of a whole school. On that basis, it can offer and obtain the sharing-data directly between each department. Thus solve the problem of "detached island of information ".At first, the need of data integration for the infomationization development of our university has been analyzed. Base on that, the goal of research, design and implementation on data integration has been put forth. As well as it introduce the concept of heterogeneous database, it specify the theory and technology of data integration. After the research on the key problem of heterogeneous, integration and scalability, it put forth the middleware modular of data extraction, translation, cleansing and loading. It also gives the three-layer logic integrated frame. As the process of integration and management on data center been specified, the metadata of the process, the standard of the data and design of database also have been specified. It realizes the data integration platform, solve the problem of heterogeneous data, achieve the goal of data-sharing between departments.Any tool should be perfected constantly, the author is in practice of researching, developing and designing, and for the plan of next academy innovative platform using and datum warehouse construction after already forming and perfecting this platform further, this is exactly author's next job too.
