Information Technology has brought a significant change to our daily life and learningmethods, especially the application of network technology in educational field promotes thefurther education innovation and development. Regarded as one of the most importantresources, network courseware can provide us a friendly-interface for learning with livelyvisual-audio stimulation, which makes the abstract concept of knowledge express inintuitional and visional things, and create an self-regulated and interactive learningenvironment. On the other hand, self-regulated learning is one important subject for educationstudy, and many branches of education take the self-regulated learning as their research topic,for which is because, as one learning ability, self-regulated learning can not only improve thelearners achievement, but also is for the life-long learning and his or her developmentfoundation. So, if we use the theory of self-regulated learning as the guide of networkcourseware design, it can promote the development of distance education with greatsignificant.Guided by constructivism learning theory, the article takes the design for ModernEducation Technology Experiment a network courseware as a case, researches the conditionfor self-regulated learning promotion, with the grasp of the feature and rules of self-regulatedlearning to strengthen the design of self-regulated learning tools and environment of thesystem, by which the strategies of self-regulated learning are integrated into the networkcourseware, to inspire the motivation of network-based learning and obtain the desired result.
