With the development of computer technology, appearing the education on the net, but most of them simply combine the network technology and the teaching resources. Usually, the people that participate in the study system have to study similar content in the identical time, so the system doesn't considered student's difference.The Intelligent Tutoring System, as a new education form, overcomes the shortcoming of traditional teaching way, such as limiting the time and the place. At the same time it also overcomes the shortcoming of former network teaching which is unable to realize "the different teaching ways for different people" and Constructivism, but generally these systems are short of opening.This paper starts at Constructivism, and does some research on Opening Intelligent Tutoring System, as follows.(1) Carry on research on the key factors of opening of the Intelligent Tutoring System We analyse the characters of the opening Intelligent Tutoring System, and get the twokey factors of opening: Domain Knowledge and Evaluation Methods.(2) Carry on research on the domain knowledge of the intellectual tutoring systemWith the concept of "knowledge-tree" and "knowledge point" in pedagogy, we set up teaching structure model and structure chart for knowledge point, realizing the teaching process control based on this structure chart. (Confirming initial teaching knowledge point;Designing two kinds of ways to control the teaching course.)(3) Carry on research on the evaluation methods in the intellectual tutoring systemWe bring in international education index, dividing the teaching goal into six levels: knowing, understanding, applying, analyzing, synthesizing, evaluating), and combining the domestic scholar's evaluation index to design one fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to check students' effect, teacher's teaching result, and the operation result of the system. On one hand we realize field independence;on the other hand we bring in the international index of education appropriately.(4) Beginning with pedagogy thought of "Constructivism", we design the system;we combine the research results, utilizing Struts technology to design and develop an opening intellectual tutoring system platform.
