This article researches realizing a regional power supply marketing decisionsupport system (DSS) by using theories and methods of decision-making, computertechnology and management science. Based on in-depth analysis about electricmarketing business, the article ensures the topic region of DSS, designs the structure ofregional power supply marketing DSS, integrates isolated data of several MIS database,builds Data Warehouse (DW) using Oracle 10g, and realizes power supply marketinganalyses by using On-Line Analytical Processing (OLAP) and market management. Thesystem intelligently supports the power supply company to make marketing decision,and this article lays a foundation for transition from management information system todecision support system. |
