In the process of industrial production, the communication, location and measuring velocity are very important between the large-scale motion vehicle and the ground stations. On the last century at the beginning of 80's, the induction radio to complete communication, location and measuring velocity becomes realized. In recent years, the combination with computer technology, theof automation for motorcycles develope in the direction of systematic, networking and no-human.At present, the communication, location and measuring velocity based on induction radio has been mature in the world especially in Japan and widely applies in the automation of the large-scale motion vehicle .But the research in domestic is quite late,so exists certain distance in the domain with overseas.Therefore the research in the domain is extremely urgent.The dissertation mainly discusses the position detecting system based on the induction radio, combinning with the practical requirement of steel industry production.As the important part of the position detecting system, the work of the dissertation covers scheme design, the hardware development, software realization, the system unit debug, etc.The main contribution of this dissertation can be listed as following:(1)designing the scheme of the position detecting unit and coming up with a design scheme based on "MCU+CPLD/FPGA aechitecture";(2)accomplishing VHDL programing ,simulation of address decoder module and MCU software programing;(3)designing the principle circuit of the position detecting unit, meanwhile, designing and protracting the PCB;(4)debugging and testing the hardware circuit of the position detecting unit;(5)realizing the unit debug and test of among the position detecting unit.From above work,the main indexes of the position detecting unit tested satisfy the needs of the item,the precision achieves 5 mm,moreover it can work stably in the scene.
