| With the formal entrance of China into WTO, how to increase competency of state enterprises has become the focus of every aspect recently. A large number of enterprises recognize that the establishment of MIS can improve their work efficiency, and also bring obvious economy interest, so implement information system is the only way to success. However, we can see that most MIS the enterprises established have not achieved the effect we have ever expect. In spite of the nowadays technologies about management information system are developing all the time, because of the particularity of MIS, the establish of MIS also stop at the level that fulfill the part operation need of application department, it can not become the enterprise management software and can not embody the component of management sufficient. So it lack of the cooperation and integration. Therefore, use nowadays computer technology and systemic academic method to research the establishment of MIS, and establish a MIS which efficient, reliable, strong maneuverability, multi-departments, multi-workers work cooperative is the research aim of this task.This thesis mostly based on the material need of the project of the task, develop and design a road management information system which supports the cooperative work. Aim at the need of the material project, gather and research the data, confirm the whole report of the need analysis, design the structure of the whole management information system. Plot out the foundation module of the management information system, analyses its operation flow and data flow, in order to implement the logistic design between every foundation module , carry out the data share mechanism and safety control mechanism better.Firstly, research and analyses the development mode of the system, depicts the concept of C/S mode and B/S mode based on the development mode analysis of the management information system, compare theirs advantages and disadvantages, and then bring forward the blue print that associate C/S mode with B/S mode. And also compare the system development flat and choose the best one at last. Afterward,introduce the concept of CSCW, depict the three basics, structure, sort and pivotal technology of CSCW. Depict the concept, structure and character about MIS, the partition of MIS and the questions in MIS development. At the same time, point out CSCW and WFMS is the new direction of computer field, use CSCW and WFMS method to expanse MIS, is a new portal to the construction of MIS. At last, design and development the MIS which based on CSCW associated with the actual circs and the academic foundation. And bring forward the future research content of the article, forms the object for the future work. |
