Study On Application Of Cscw Technology In OA

With the development of information technology, government departments require more advanced office automation system. People need to change traditional work patterns, develop e-government, improve work efficiency and realize office automation. The technology of Computer Supported Cooperative Work (CSCW) provides us groupware technique, cooperation mechanism etc., which have great meaning to develop modern OA system.Firstly, the paper discusses CSCW theory and some key techniques in Workflow. Then it put forward the design method on OA system development based on Exchange 2000. Finally we implement a suite of OA system based on web. The system can integrate varies of Office document data. Users can only use web browser to design their own flows based on operation needs. The communion between users can realize wholly on the web. The system has the characters of flexibility , high efficiency and better security. Now it has been used in a government department.
