In recent years along with the rapid development of computer technology and network technology, the modern enterprises meet the enormous opportunities and challenges. How to increase the competition ability of itself? A lot of enterprises realize that enterprise information construction is the only way to mightiness. However in our country enterprise information construction have the following characteristics: late beginning, high cost, slow growing, difficult to support and hard to be perfect in a short time.These result in the majority current condition: most enterprises do not have the Management Information System (MIS), partial enterprise have MIS which just only had scattered data and can not use resources concentratedly and reasonably.These result in a flood waste of manpower and material resources, the increasing information isolated island phenomenon and the unsafety of the enterprise secret information. These series of problems have become an important puzzle of our country enterprise information construction.How to make the MIS supporting workers' co-operations furthest, construct a good work atmosphere, get the biggest resource sharing at the same time to guarantee in the safety of the enterprise internal secret information and make the MIS matching the need of enterprise practically. The auther set out from the above problems and proceeds to study how to establish and perfect the MIS of an enterprise.For making the MIS work reasonably, it is necessary to lead in the technique and concept of CSCW(Computer Support Cooperative Work) to MIS, thereby form a MIS based on CSCW environment. Come from to the consideration in the safety of secret data in enterprise, the author lead into cryptanalysis technique and Security Socket Layer(SSL) technique to realize the safe user verification and data encrypt transfer. Guaranteed the secret data can only be read and write by authorized users and the related employees. At last construct a safe MIS based on Web and CSCW environment.The author firstly discussed the original and background of the paper, also introduced some related technique and the purpose and meaning of the research work, then brought forward the concept of CSCW and its related key techniques combining to explain the necessity of leading in CSCW to MIS,and then analyzed the advantages and shortcomings between the B/S mode and C/S mode in MIS. According to the condition of a certain road managing ministry, the author put forward a mixed mode combining the advantage of the B/S mode and C/S mode to repair the shortages with each other, that is using the C/S mode in local area network(LAN) at the same time utilizing the encryption technique to guarantee the user verification and the safety of the key data, while using B/S mode in the outer network and importing Security Socket Layer(SSL) technique to realize users' safety logging in and the key data's encrypt transfer. Finally the author gave a workflow for whole system and parts of key codes.
