Grid is a new technology, which was created in order to meet the requirements ofthe high performance of scientific computing and distributed resource managing thatare becoming complex increasingly, on which there was a fast development inapplication and research fields for its characteristics such as platform irrelatively,service sharing, dynamic accessing and good expansibility. Currently, manyresearches on grid such as job scheduling, duplicate managing and so on, were done,but there has been an absence on the research about use manner, dynamic monitoringand managing of grid resource.An application's requirement was presented based on grid environment and itsspecification through analyzing and researching grid service's architecture and itsrunning mechanism, that's dynamic management technology about grid serviceresource, which could be used to manage the entry, remove, search and status changeof the service resource, and it realized the share of resource on more extent in internet,so that it presented a simple manner for user to accessing grid resource transparently.For this purpose, several managing models of grid resource were designed andanalyzed, and centralized model was chosen as technology solution;And then, GT4container was chosen as implementation environment of the solution, a managingplatform about grid application was designed and created, which core was a gridindex server, in which several key techniques were used, such as the communicationprotocol based on SOAP, mapping mechanism between XML and JAVA, notificationand subscription mechanism, monitoring and managing of resource's lifecycle, anddisaster's recover of resources, and so on. Lastly, the running result of the applicationplatform was analyzed and assessed, and the feasibility of the platform wasdemonstrated in LAN, at the same time, the currency, correctness and reliability of thedesign and implement was demonstrated.
