Conflict free multiple access control protocols are new direction for mobile ad-hoc networks. In this paper, a new TDMA protocol for mobile ad-hoc networks is put forward. And an in-deep research is done on the implement process, according to the two aspects of the protocol—system synchronization scheme and data frame's send-receive. The access behaviors of nodes in the mobile ad-hoc network are described in detail, these behaviors are as follow: the net-set process, the net-inter process, the slot-count process, the data-transmit process, the data-set free process, the net-quit process and the abnormity disposal process. Then the debugging schemes of software and hardware are presented which adopt two debugging methods, one is the UART debugging, the other is the on-line debugging by emulator MUTI_ICE. In the last, the study on the feasibility and capability of the protocol is done, based on the nodes'send-receive waves of the hardware simulation.
