With the rapid development of communication technology, the application range of the wireless communication is more and more widely. At present, the wireless communication technology is divided into infrastructure wireless communications networks and wireless self-organized network. Since wireless self-organized network can be efficient and rapidly deployable, it not only applies to some emergency situations also can be used as a powerful supplement of traditional wireless communication network. Now how in the wireless self-organized network scenarios, using a better routing policy and queue management mechanism, control network congestion, improve the quality of network service, has extremely important practical significance. This paper first analyzes d and summarizes the classical network routing protocols and multipath routing protocols, then it puts forward a hybrid passive multipath routing algorithm combined the table driven and on-demand driven protocols. The main work of this paper includes:(1) This paper designs a new multipath mechanism to guarantee the redundancy of multiple paths and the need to control the risk of the broadcast storm.(2) In the traditional routing algorithms, forwarding data packets needs a fixed path, but this routing algorithm introduces the collection concept and real-time data packet forwarding process in order to adapt to the mobile wireless self-organizing network and energy-limited nodes.(3) The algorithm periodically sends broadcast in the process of data packet transmission, maintenance neighbor list, greatly reduce the risk of fracture so as to restart routing requirement process.Aiming at the congestion problem of wireless self-organizing networks, this paper proposes a congestion control method based on node queue management mechanism. The main work includes:(1) Study the active node queue management mechanism and the diction of active node queue management.(2) The paper designs a new adaptive threshold parameters setting model introducing the related concepts complex networks and the properties of wireless self-organizing network node to set the threshold. Upper and lower bounds (3) Based on node buffer queue threshold segmentation model, this paper puts forward the node asymmetric data packet forwarding strategy in order to better use of nodes’buffer queue. Finally, this paper simulates the above two algorithms using NS2and MATLAB respectively. The paper compares the passive first multipath routing protocol with the traditional DSR protocol and classic AOMDV protocol, the simulation results show our algorithm has a higher robustness and achieves the target of the design of load balancing compared to other similar strategy, although the agreement route setup delay is opposite bigger. The paper simulates the second congestion control method which is based on node queue management mechanism. The simulation results show that this mechanism can improve the data packet arrival rate, reduce the packet loss rate and effectively ease the entire network node congestion situation.
