Wuyi University is a local comprehensive university which could confer bachelor degrees. Its teaching features comprise different aspects. The school contains most kinds of specialties. Curricula arrangement is comparatively complex. Teachers need to instruct many courses. Classrooms where teachers tutor and students study are not settled. The teaching mission of the teacher and the study mission of the students are quite heavy. In recent years, as the large-scale extension on students recruitment enrollment of students in school increase rapidly, which then leads to the lack problem of the teaching resources(teachers, classroom, experiment the equipments) is increasingly serious The traditional teaching modes which include teaching in class, answering student's questions, reading student's schoolwork and feedback, can not meet the teaching and study need any more. So a kind of new teaching method is urgently needed to be the complement of the traditional teaching mode.The Design and Implementation of Teaching Assistance Network System for Wuyi University is based on B/S system structure. It was developed by software as ASP, SQL2000 and IIS5.0. The procedure is working in the service terminal, so no equipment will be needed for the user. Through this system, at any moment the students can use any computer distributed in the school to scan teaching plan, complete schoolwork, simulate testing, see about grade, put questions, answer questions, and so on. The teachers can organize the teaching sources, tidy and upload teaching plan, manage exercise storeroom, dispose homework, prepare test paper, and answer questions. This system embodies the space-time freedom, resource sharing, and system opening sufficiently for teaching and studying. It accords with teachers'teaching practice. Through it, the teachers can do teaching work conveniently, at the same time the students can complete teaching assignments in schedule and in effect, and also can join the communication by each other. It is a important extension and complementarity for the traditional teaching and studying pattern that is based on teacher's teaching and infusing in the classroom, that is big labor's intension and inefficient.In the paper I research requirement analysis, system analysis and design for Wuyi University's Teaching Assistant Network System.
