With the continuous development of network technology and multimedia technology and the popularization of network application,the educational mode and system of colleges and universities in China are constantly changing.The traditional teacher centered education mode is no longer suitable for the current development of education.The use of network teaching is a new educational development model which combines computer technology,multimedia technology and network technology into the field of teaching.Network teaching technology is realized by relying on Internet and multimedia equipment.It can not only give full play to the advantages of computer in network data transmission,but also embody the new teaching mode of teacher-led and student-centered participation.This paper also designs the network exhibition hall and mobile APP according to the characteristics of the teaching mode of art colleges and universities today.The teaching and assistant platform system based on J2 EE is a B/S architecture.It uses Java backstage development language,mySql database as backstage database,webStorm as development tool and MyEclipse as backstage development tool.In the early stage of system development,a comprehensive demand analysis is made according to the actual needs of users,and many similar systems are consulted;each module of the system is designed in detail;through testing and simulating the application system can meet the user's needs,and can meet the corresponding functional and performance requirements.The system includes teaching resources sharing,online teaching,online testing,online answering function modules,is a systematic integrated education module service system.Through this platform,students can make full use of all kinds of network resources provided by the school to carry out further study independently,and in the process of learning problems can be through online communication with teachers or other students for academic interaction.Teachers can guide students' learning and manage teaching management in all aspects through the teaching platform.Multimedia data compression technology and multimedia data multicast are used to realize multimedia data transmission and video playback.This technology reduces the amount of data transmitted and the response time of video teaching network request.In the audio and video synchronization,the buffer technology is used to adjust the size of the buffer in real-time according to different network conditions,and the balance between real-time and fluency is maintained.Synchronization control of multimedia data and synchronization control of audio and video data can effectively improve the delay and audio jitter caused by the asynchronization of audio and video caused by network,and enhance the user experience of teaching video.At the end of the paper,the whole design and development work and research results of the system are summarized and analyzed,and the shortcomings of the system are pointed out,which provides an important way to improve and update the function of the system in the future.
