Design And Realization Of Network-Teaching System Based On UML

The long-distance teaching system based on the Internet network is a topic research in the computer application domain. With the development of network technology and multimedia technology, the long-distance teaching system is more various. It propose a idea based on the UML model and the RUP process of network teaching system with the contrastive reseach of the world networks teaching system. According to the work flow of RUP, it complete the system demand, the requirement analysis, the software design, the database design and the realization to the network teaching system; and build the class diagram, the use case diagram of the static character, and build the sequence diagram of the dynamic behavior with UML. It complete the design and the realization of the aid teaching system.The system realize courseware and knowledge units with XML-based technology, so as to improve the system's capacity of extension, operation and reusing. On the models of the teaching system, it will change the way of study with WEB when we design the synchronic multimedia courseware and publish the system. It will build a more vivid environment for learning if we provide students with a learning method by combining static pages with television programs-like moving files via Realplayer instead of traditionally learning just by the static web pages. The paper research the technology of auto-respondent on the UML-based network teaching and learning system. Auto-respondent system realize the functions of Auto-repondent and design the intelligence-extends model of domain knowledge library.The research of the network teaching and learning system based on UML combine the latest network technologies with learning models, which is instructive and of practice value to the development of network teaching & learning systems. The paper of dissertation is composed by the next chapters. The first chapter discussed the background of network teaching, the present research and the main contents of research. The second chapter introduced the technology of the concept of UML, the system structure, the model mechanism based on the RUP of UML. The third chapter discuss the need analysis of network teaching system, build up the system model with UML. The fourth chapter complete the structural design for the network teaching system. The fifth chapter realize the function of the network teaching system. The sixth chapter summarize the research results of the paper.
