The Phase-Detecting between two sine signals with the same frequency has extensive applications in many subjects such as Power System, Industrial Automation, Intelligence Control & Communication , Electronics and so on.At present, many Phase-Detecting methods contain wire in our country. They require the two devices should attach to the wire.So it makes Phase-Detecting for High Voltage Transmission Lines inconvenient and even dangerous. Therefore, this project presents a new method that can detect the phase of High Voltage Transmission Lines wireless based on FPGA. It makes use of FPGA's High-Speedness. Programmablility and abides by the rules of EMC.Finally,it makes up a practical, secures low-cost, high-precision and wireless Phase-Detecting device. This project is the tackle key problem of science and technology of ChangZhou and the science-technology-innovation sustentation project of HoHai University,ChangZhou Campus. The main content of this paper lists as following:1. Research & Analyze on the existing Phase-Detecting methods and choose a optimal one2. Research & Analyze on the existing Digital Modulate methods and choose a optimal one3. Prove the project's feasibility from theory and design a concrete structure and the schematic circuits of the transmitter of Phase-Detecting device.4. Design the schematic circuits of the receiver of Phase-Detecting device based on FPGA.5. Introduce the debugging environments of the wireless Phase-Detecting device and have a thorough research on the problems that appeared during the debugging process. At last, the paper appraise the system and make a prospect of wireless Phase-Detecting technology.
