The importance of electronic countermeasure technology is growing in modern information warfare.With the rapid development of the electronic information technology,the electronic warfare plays more and more important role in modern warfare.Recently new electronic countermeasure technology has been the research hot topic.As the increasing complexity of the electromagnetism environment which has dense signals,complex conditions and fast changing parameter,the digital receiver's demands for frequency range,sensitivity,dynamic range,multi-signal parallel processing and real-time signal processing capacity are increasing.The development of the digital channelized receiver can satisfy these requirements effectively.This paper studied the digital channelized technology around the digital channelized receiver based on multi-phase filter group.The recognition function of the radar signal intra-pulse modulation characteristic has been completed and the FPGA hardware platform has been realized in this paper.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,this paper studied the key technology of wideband intermediate frequency signal processing system,mainly including signal sampling,digital channelized architecture,frequency measure method and direction-finding technique.The efficient channelized structure based on multi-phase filter group and the validity of the common frequency measure method are analyzed.This paper also proposes a direction-finding method of the noise FM signal interferometer based on channelized.The method solves the ambiguity problem in the direction-finding of wideband signal and improves direction-finding accuracy simultaneously.Secondly,the type recognition of radar signal is the key problem in radar signal processing.This paper analyzes different intra-pulse modulation characteristic of radar signal and proposes a recognition method which is feasible in practical engineering.The innovations of this paper,one is the identification method of VFM signal and SFM signal,and the other is the square method for PSK signal recognition.Thirdly,this paper constructs the hardware design of wideband intermediate frequency signal processing system by using ADC and FPGA,and provides the software design flow of FPGA.The real-time processing for wideband intermediate frequency signal is realized within 10?s.Finally,the performance of wideband intermediate frequency signal processing system is tested in the hardware test platform and the results are given.
