China's television media already enters the marketing time. The privately operated television has already developed for several years, programming,issuing, bargaining all already quite has the strength. Along with the development of the frequency channel specialization, the separation of manufactures and broadcast, the Digital Pay TV and so on, the privately operated television prospects for development quite reveal bright. The national policy fuzziness,as well as the market is not mature, have smeared the shadow for the privately owned TV company's development. Privately operated television company to seek development must pay attention to the marketing which can't be avoided. The sells methods of the privately owned TV programming company are directly sells and the program trades the advertisement time. This causes the product which the company sells including two kinds of products: One is content product --program itself, two is the time product --advertisement. The marketing already includes the program content marketing, also includes the advertisement time marketing. In the marketing combination 4P combination, the product aspect mainly elaborated the television program product combination,the packing and the brand construction; the price aspect elaborated makes price strategy,uses many kinds of fixed prices strategy including the difference fixed price, the reduced price and the product combination price , forms to the advertisement customer attraction; Channel aspect, elaborated develops crosswise, longitudinal even multi-channel marketing,safeguards the channel unobstructed,gains bigger profit space; The promotion aspect, elaborated to the program and the company own promotion work, including advertisement, public relations and so on. The article has also further discussed the privately operated television company's marketing pattern, elaborated "take caging to produce" gradually develops as "order form television", meets the customer need by the high quality service, develops correlation product, seeks the industrial alliance to carry on the program to manufacture the cooperation which the release and the advertisement time interval retailed, the utilization conformity marketing method, the multiplex marketing pattern promoted the development of privately operated television.
