The research of Digital vedio and image have gone throuth half a century,have got lots of progress in theory and engineering.when in the 20 century 90'years,at the cooperation of international organization , ISO and ITU collect those progress and make several universal Video and image process standard,include the JBIG which is used in two-value image,JEPG which is used in continue gray value and color still iamge,H.261 which is used in 64K video transmission, MPEG-1 which is used in 1.5M video and audio transmission and storage,MPEG-2 which is used high quality digital video and audio transmission and storage ,H.263 which is used in low rate video encoding .these standard arithmetic are constitute of 4 kinds of technology:the compensation of movement, orthogonal transformation these technology stand for the research level of the early 90's in the 20 cuntury. As the video broadcast's total digitalization,traditional video mass will introject with other method in information and telecommunication in technology and function,thus form a full new.huge digital vedio industry,the new borned industry have aroused the abroad attention ,the developed country have separately mapped out the anolog video to digital video plan and industry target according to different situation.The digital video has been seen as another new strategy technology after the telecommunication. The research and process of video signal is the emphases of present signal process,this paper introduce a video realtime image processor system's design and construction which based on TI'high performance DSP TMS320C6414,analyze several key problems on high Speed electrocircuit Design, In this video and image process system, , FPGA is used as a main logic unit , and DSP control to realize the data acquisition for video signal,and the the dsp is the core processor,use the CPLD as control logic to realize sereval video format signal data collection. The design of this system include A/D convert circuit module,video signal Format receive control CPLD module,video data storage module,video signal core process dsp Module,FPGA data transmitting module,USB high speed interface module and power supply Module.on the basis of introduce system constitue principle, expatiate in detail the constituel of the Data collection and the control logic of the FPGA,DSP respond the interruption and transfer the data and store the data.check and change the pattern,the video A/D convert module's initialization based on the IIC protocol. Using FPGA to realize video signal collection and procession will enchance the system capability , and easy to design and debug. It also has such advantages as adaptability and flexibility. summarize the system principle and the implement method.
