As well as pursue the whole permanent control system, the research to its important support — the industrial network system, is never down.The function of the industrial network is to meet the demand of information transfer between different levels , which is the key support system of the process system. Not only the DCS but also feildbus have the difficulties of non-open and non-compatible. Different devices from different manufactures cannot network together well, which will severely hold up the development of the industrial automation and apply many new technologies.The appearance of the industrial Ethernet is one of resolve. Compare to fieidbus, Ethernet development fleetly, it has many virtues. At first, this paper intrduces the presentation of the development of the industrial network, and point out the advantiages and limitations when Ethernet used' in process control.This paper particular introduces a control device based on Ethernet, and presents the struct of Ethernet control system. With a view to the difficulty of drive programme based on TCP/IP, predigestion of network protocol is a choice to take into account. Cut down the layers of the network protocol with comparation to OSI model.At last, control system based on Ethernent can be used to the actual object. Because of its all kinds vitues, this control system can suffice the actual demand. |
